SAP Screen Personas – Creating a flavor

After the installation and configuration are done, creating a flavor is the first step towards building any modification in SAP Screen Personas (SP) . So, let’s start our SP journey by creating a flavor as well.

For this, I log into SAP GUI and click on “P”.

But as you can see, the “edit” options for the flavors are missing. Why? Because SAP GUI has some limitations and you can read more about those limitations in OSS Note 2080071.

Ok, let’s switch to Web GUI for our next attempt.

Here we can see the edit options. Click on the “+” to create a new flavor. Enter the name and the description and click on create button. It will create a new flavor. A new flavor is like an empty slate or in other words, copy of the original SAP Screen.
